Overview
This instructional artifact represents the developed outcome of the Quanta PWR Skills Communication Course instructional design plan. Developed with Articulate Rise 360, this mobile friendly e-learning course is portable to a variety of learning management systems used by the client. This course for working project professionals provides communications competency development through six modules. The modules cover writing project documentation, delivering clear and persuasive presentations, developing trust among project teams, motivating others to achieve project goals, facilitating productive project conversations, and providing superior customer service.
