Overview
This learning design plan artifact targets increasing communication, leadership, and productivity competencies across entry level project professionals for over 200 operating companies. The learning delivery methodology provides field working professionals with self-paced, easy-to-use digital modules that can be adapted for a variety of learning management systems. Interactive e-learning activities and knowledge check assessments are used throughout the learning experience to spur interest and encourage knowledge retention.
