Overview
Co-written for the SHSU Online newsletter, this article informed the SHSU community about the introduction of the Research Associate role, a new staff resource to assist the SHSU community in online course development. These research associates help curate and source Open Educational Resources (OER) and other digital learning materials, working with various teams to reduce student costs and enhance course quality. This initiative aligns with Texas's legal requirements for OER and expands the range of services offered by SHSU Online.
