Quanta PWR Skills - Communication
Formative Course Evaluation

Evidence of Professional Competency in Learning Design

Overview

This formative course evaluation artifact provides insight into performance of the Quanta PWR Skills Communication Course learning design during it's first year of deployment. The course launched in October 2024 and 1,560 learners enrolled in the first year, with 280 of them completing the course. Post evaluation surveys were completed by 263 learners following the course to gauge their understanding, confidence, and reaction to the overall learning experience. This evaluation primarily focused on level one and level two of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, reaction and learning. Evaluation findings and recommendations will inform an iterative revision of the design and developed instructional artifacts.
